Although my country's recycled plastic industry has a promising future, it still faces many problems in the actual development process. On the one hand, due to the wide source of recycled plastics, its quality is uneven, and the performance difference between batches is also large, which leads to the low stability of the quality of recycled plastics; on the other hand, the cost of recycled plastics is relatively high, and its price is higher than that of virgin plastics. In addition, from the overall situation of the current recycled plastics industry, domestic waste plastic recycling enterprises are still dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises, and the industry concentration is relatively dispersed. Since the recycling and reuse of waste plastics is a complex process, the technical requirements are also relatively high. However, my country's domestic recycled plastics industry is still dominated by physical recycling, which undoubtedly hinders the development of the entire industry to some extent.
Experts believe that under the background of vigorously promoting the circular economy, carrying out the reform of traditional industries, and promoting environmentally friendly sustainable development, although there are still various problems in the domestic recycled plastics industry that need to be solved, the development prospects of the recycled plastics industry are still bright. Some domestic plastic molds have begun to replace imported products

The mold industry belongs to the basic industry in the national economy, specifically involving machinery, automobiles, light industry, electronics, chemicals, metallurgy, building materials and other industries, and has a wide range of applications. my country's industry is developing rapidly, among which the development of automobile manufacturing, IT manufacturing and medical equipment has brought development opportunities to the entire mold industry.

In recent years, domestic enterprises have continuously improved mold process technology and products. Therefore, some plastic molds or injection molded parts have begun to circulate internationally, successfully entered the supply chain system of some high-end industries, and replaced some imported products, getting rid of their dependence on them. But it is undeniable that only a few have entered the international high-end market.

With the improvement of the technical level of my country's mold industry and the gradual increase in product levels, the supply chain system of some international host industries is now further inclined towards domestic enterprises, which will be an opportunity and challenge. It is understood that by 2015, the self-matching rate of molds required by the Chinese market will reach more than 85%, among which the self-matching rate of mid-to-high-end molds will be significantly improved.
